In this episode, I’m joined by Mark Huelsing from EXO Mountain Gear and he shares the story of his first ever trip to Alaska to chase caribou with some good buddies. It’s a terrific story of grinding out a hunt that didn’t go as planned, but finding incredible success anyway. After that, we talk about the backcountry in general and a few pack-specific details every hunter should consider.
