We're at that famous time of the year when we start thinking about all the new habits we're going to create in the next week or so, making the next year "bigger and better than ever" only to have those new habits get lost in a pile of past intentions by January 25.
There is an easier way and it's what I call the tether method. It's not a new concept, but it's my particular way that has helped me tether my new habits to my old ones and pull them along. This is just what you need to stay consistent with those new routines and goals you're ready to crush in this new year.
