The way we talk to ourselves (and about ourselves to others) is a big deal. It impacts the way we show up in community and influences the way other people may see themselves. This week, we're talking about the self-talk pitfalls we fall into, why it's so hard to speak kindly, and ways to reframe some of the negative things we keep telling ourselves.
