Iâm delighted to have Rob Solly to talk with me about his personal experience of supplements, and how he approaches training his clients. Rob is a fitness educator and personal trainer to the stars (Olly Murs, Paloma Faith, Emma and Matt Willis). He loves training other people and himself, and is set on a path of continual learning. He tells me he been taught by some really smart people and continues to learn from smarter people. What Iâve noticed about Rob from working with him, is that he is incredibly passionate about fitness, and long-term health.
We talk about muscle mass, sleep, what supplements Rob takes, what Rob eats, how and why he tracks his various health markers.
