As someone who grew up in the 90s, hearing that I could interview one of the Spice Girls was tremendously exciting. Since their break-up Melanie Chisolm, aka Sporty Spice, has continued to develop herself as an artist and has release several solo albums starting with the very succesful Northern Star in 1999. Now, more than two decades later, she released her latest album 'Melanie C' and we spoke with her about the album, talking about mental health, the notion of fame, some big decisions in her life, still being unapologetic, and a lot more!
