Mental health breaks are very important when you need to focus on yourself. You have probably heard that Olympic star Simone Biles dropped out of the vault and uneven bars during the 2021 Olympics for mental health reasons. And she did so without knowing what the world would think.
Knowing when to take a mental health break can be a very important part of your mental health, but many people feel like they can't take a break.
