Ceci's expertise is in Federal Health Policy, Congress, Not-For-Profit Health Companies, Value-Based Design, Healthcare Costs, Payer-Provider Partnerships, and Women’s Leadership. She is the co-author of Landmark: America’s New Health-Care Law and What It Means for Us All and previously worked at the McKinsey Center for Health Reform and PwC’s Health Research Institute.
