As of this year, I have been running my design studio for ten years (!!), and in that time have managed to build my dream job which has been my most sustainable and secure job so far. We're so often told how working for yourself isn't sustainable and isn't secure that I just wanted to share a few lessons that I've learned in building my business with sustainability, consistency, and joy as my main priorities.
This is more of a chatty episode where I talk through a few pivotal moments and lessons that have allowed me to have sustainability as a foundation in my business over the past 10 years!
I really hope you enjoy the episode! As mentioned in the episode, my group program for designers, The Clubhouse, is launching again in September and the waitlist is now open!
