Hey everyone!
Here is a great tip to help increase you client retention. After the appointment is finished give you clients the info they need to maintain their lashes. Then when you clients are checked out book them for their next appointment. If they choose not to at that moment "because they need to check their work schedule" follow up with them two days after. Also during this conversation, talk to them about how their lashes are. Ask questions like how do they feel, is this the style they like, so on. If they still are not ready contact them in 2 weeks. If they book great! If they don't contact them in 2 months.
I call this the 222 rule.
Basically you want to keep your clients in this routine. It shows your clients that you care and that you are a serious lash artist.
