#124 | A Thinking Problem | Crystal’s Warstory

Was drinking really our problem? It was pretty easy to think that it was. After all, everything seemed to get worse when we were drinking or using and we couldn’t seem to stop. But after a little bit of time and a lot of work it became clear that what we actually had was a thinking problem.

This week’s topic comes to us from Crystal’s warstory. When you listen, you’ll hear how she found her way into drugs and alcohol, abusive relationships, and scary situations, all of which were only temporary relief from her real problem; her thinking. It’s hard to say where the deeply ingrained voice of negativity comes from but Crystal is not unique in this regard. Today, she works to love the person she is and gets value from a 12 step program, mindset and personal development.
