On today's episode of The Sensory Corner, we'll be speaking with Guest SLP, Shannon Briggs and talking about little quick tips you can integrate into your everyday communication with your child to help them develop their Speech & Language. We somewhat covered these topics in past episodes however, you guys asked for it and Shannon will be dishing out 10 robust Speech tips from the Hanen & Early Start Denver Model.

These strategies are very subtle changes however will tackle common issues we see in Parent-child communication. Look we get it, you're not an SLP, and whenever you hear that you need help develop your child's speech at home outside of the clinic, that can seem daunting.  From ensuring that you are setting you child up for natural conversation, developing their awareness to social cues, and diversifying their sentence structure is a very tall feet. But after this podcast, hopefully you will gain a bit of a better understanding on how to talk to you child and help develop their speech and language in a reasonable and less overwhelming manner!
