If you've ever had a period of time where you haven't felt like yourself, you know the return to "normal" can be strange. There are periods where you don't feel awful, but you definitely don't feel great either. It's like a strange middle space where you're learning to be YOU again. Today's episode explores all these feelings as I discuss my recent depression episode and how I'm bouncing back from it.
