Emily Tamkin is in Bratislava, Slovakia, where she's been speaking to European security experts about their view of the transatlantic relationship in light of the recent G7 and NATO meetings, and US President Biden's first round of in-person summits since taking office including his bilateral with Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
