Episode 149 | The PROBLEM with Traditional Goal-Setting

The more I reflect on my old processes and ways of doing things (the way I was *taught*), the more I've come to realize just how backwards it all is. De-conditioning the mind of its old habits certainly isn't a cakewalk, and it takes being bold enough to ask the hard questions like... 👉🏼 “Why is achievement and striving so highly valued in society?" 👉🏼”Where did I learn this? From who? And why might they have taught it this way?" 👉🏼 “How can I unlearn this? Am I willing to expand my perspective and reach outside of my comfort zone?" 👉🏼 “What if one way works for some people, but a completely different way works for me?" I'm touching on these questions (in the overarching way that I do 😉) in today's podcast episode.
