Not everyone is or needs to be in your tribe. Pay attention to those who are around in which season.  Detachment and attachment are important. Who supports you? Who knows you best? I beg you, find your tribe, know your tribe and go.  Think about it deeply. The people around you can develop you or destroy you. When you mumble and grumble you will tumble. Lets watch what we say . Out of the mouth can flow positive and negative , its what you feed on. Finally back on the exercise train. In this episode, i returned from a workout which had me thinking a lot.  What i share here is not a one size fits all but i hope it inspires you to do more.  Get that exercise in, focus on exercising your mind, body, good judgement and creativity. Where would you have been if not for the struggle. Someone or something had to push, pull, be burnt or torn to get where they needed to be or have you where you are. Get a routine, embrace and struggle and watch the growth happen.

What is your word for this year? Have you thought about it yet? Are you still playing around with concepts and a vision?  No matter what 2020 did to you remember its going to be okay and you will learn, grow and lean into who you are supposed to be. In order to truly grow and remain aligned you have to be anchored and ask yourself difficult questions. There are days when the mind just can't seem to go another mile. Its been working overtime, undernourished and neglected of the need to not speed. After reading a book from the Harvard Business Review , 'On managing yourself,  i came across a very interesting article.  Written by Tony Schwartz and Catherine McCarthy, the article recommended these practices for renewing four dimensions of personal energy.  Physical, emotional , mental and spiritual . Information overload. This is what my mind is screaming. While my brain is not like google drive or a cloud space, it needs to declutter ever so often. In this podcast i shared two meaningful books on decluttering spaces and living a more international life.
