Stress and histamine are often linked, so remember to focus on this area as well as diet, supplements and so on.
Personally I find when I manage my stress levels better, my histamine levels come down significantly.
Currently, as you'll hear, I’m by the beach, and my stress levels are super low. So are my symptoms. This area is especially relevant when it comes to histamine intolerance I think.
