This diet isn’t easy or fun, I know from personal experience, and I know many of you have struggled while being on it. Well, a low FODMAP diet isn’t always a long-term solution for everyone, and often what follows is the reintroduction of FODMAPs to determine your triggers or go back to eating “normally”. I share why I decided to reintroduce FODMAPs into my diet, trying to find a way to navigate a new diet from a grounded perspective, and the process I recommend for introducing FODMAPs and reversing your intolerances.
