Pabitra moved to United States as a kid with her family, she further went on to study Public Health in the University of Colorado, Denver. She has worked as a business analyst, a program facilitator and agile coach for 15+ years. 

Vivek came to United states as an international student. He completed his Bachelors in System engineering and Entrepreneurship from  Washington University. For 14+ years he has worked as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Product manager Agile coach and more. They both started their company Aglile Coach, where they help students build career as a product and agile mentors.
