Today we’d like to share with you our conversation with Martina Bartolozzi, an Italian American trained butcher and food expert, who was born and raised in Tuscany.
If she’s not busy sharing her anecdotes on the local food scene and food customs of Italy on Instagram, you can find her working on her personalized or ready-to-go interactive maps and writing stories of women in food.
We personally had a great time chatting with her about her life story, the struggle of Italian women in the food business, and the contrasting food culture between Italy and the States.
