Let’s talk about trauma. Big-T trauma is the name given to severe experiences we universally recognise as being traumatic. But there is another level of trauma, coined little t trauma by people who work in the field. A little-t trauma from the past can affect how you think, how you feel, and how you react today. So how can we support ourselves?
