We can complete the movement... great but as what cost in tissue strain or neurological effort.
Pogo jumps take very little EFFORT but create massive TENSION... but PAIN is the main thing that we need to be aware of...
Starting out with less than 2/5 pain and having that pain decrease throughout an exercise or a training session could be a good indicator that training is moving in the right direction.
