In the first part, Hateley describes training for a special operations unit and gearing up for a huge armed robbery, George Hateley describes the events of the armed robbery in 1992 and the decisions he had to make to try and prevent the robbery. Real crime investigator Adam Shand hears how the death of a villain continued to haunt Hateley, which led him to become the person to introduce the non-lethal taser into Australian forces.
