In this two-part series, I dive deep into our unconscious thoughts, specifically how to identify and change them.

If you haven't already listened to Part 1 (Ep 44) then listen to that one first, I talk about how to identify the unconscious beliefs that are holding you back.

In this episode, I talk about changing your thought patterns and how the critical filter in your brain often rejects new thoughts. In my coaching sessions, I use hypnotherapy to assist with creating new thought patterns. Hypnotherapy actually bypasses the critical filter so we can go right into the unconscious mind and create new thought patterns. If you are trying to learn new thought patterns consciously, your critical factor will often reject them because it's not in line with your subconscious beliefs.
