In this week’s episode, my special guest is Tanya Rust, Registered Psychotherapist and Founder of T.RUST Counselling.
Tanya Rust is Registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She completed her Master of Arts in Counselling and Spirituality at the University of Ottawa. Her goal is to help people feel more at home within themselves. During our conversation with Tanya:
We talked about her mission.
What inspired her to become a psychotherapist and start her own practice?
What modality does she use during a therapy session?
What makes therapy so important for our mental health and well-being?
What can someone actually expect from therapy, compared to the myths or stereotypes?
What do you enjoy most about being a therapist?
