Ooohhh ouch! Motherhood is discussed so much. Most mothers I know are stressed and often frustrated. I was asked on instagram "How is relaxation and breaks possible (even) with kids.

And I will explain it from my outside view.

I give you a couple of tips and impulses that could change your perspective and life if you open up for them <3
