Today's incredibly insightful and helpful episode focuses on #Depression, & the tools we can use to mitigate the impact it can have on our lives in the short AND long term. Anyone who has experienced depression on a small or large scale, internally or through proximity from others, should find some form of value from this video. Sometimes step one is simply talking about the issues that affect you, and not compartmentalizing.
