Can you guess what my biggest hack to stay consistent with my fitness is? I can tell you one thing, it’s not a lose-fat-quick scheme or an unrealistic "internet plan". I do have several methods that I use to get me back in a fitness grove after I have fallen off the wagon (follow up podcast soon come), but the one I talk about in today's episode, adds #accountability to my life, which improves my #discipline, and therefore my consistency!

I know many of us struggle with staying consistent with a fitness routine, so I encourage you to pray and seek God on ways to help you personally figure out a plan of attack. I also want to encourage you to never give up! I don't care how many times you have stopped and started over! Keep trying! If you keep getting back up and inviting the Holy Spirit to assist you, it WILL eventually stick and your whole life will change!
