The challenges that forced you to grow, the painful memories that forged your resilience, the losses that revealed to you just how deeply you can love & serve as a reminder of the fragility of life; urge us to appreciate every breath we take & live in honor(u)r of those who are no longer here. I have always stated that reflecting on your past gives you the opportunity to realize how far you have come, and nothing is entirely guaranteed. It is important to acknowledge and embrace this notion because it has given birth to at least two very important realities.

Reflect and journal all that has happened to you. The good, the challenging, etc. Every experience has molded us into who we are today. We will touch on the importance of recognizing that the way we are in this moment, is the way we are CURRENTLY meant to be. As human beings, we should allow ourselves to evolve, but we should never feel inadequate. Where we are at any given moment is where we are meant to be.
