I share with you some examples of how simple changes to my daily diet has completely obliterated some old pains I've had in my hands and wrist. It's easy to go to the pharmacy and buy ibuprofen or other pain meds but why would you kill yourself with those when you can take full control of your health and eliminate your pain simply by changing your diet? I grew up in a very volatile abusive household. Verbal, mental, emotional and physical abuse were the norm. I have forgiven my parents for the physical abuse but never let go of the mental and emotional torment. It was brutal.
