Shannon was thin and active as a child but gained weight after discovering she had hypothyroidism. With the overwhelming stress of going through a court trial after being wrongly accused, Shannon ate out of emotion. At the same time, the pandemic hit, and by 2021 she reached her highest weight of 182 pounds. 

In March of 2021, Shannon’s therapist shared Fast Feast Repeat with her. Shannon has lost almost 20 pounds, takes a lower dose of her thyroid meds, and has experienced incredible freedom. The mental clarity of IF helped Shannon get through a very difficult trial in which she was exonerated. 

Shannon’s advice: Be consistent with IF. Figure out how to center your window on when you best like to eat. Weight is not the only goal and IF is not a marathon.
