Continuing on my little spree of self-trust, this week let's talk about how the role of self-acceptance and body acceptance is a critical piece of this equation.
How often have you looked in the mirror and thought, "I should look different."
Every time you have a should come out of your mouth you are pushing yourself further away from self-trust.
Where does this "should" even come from?
Do you know?
Or is it just something that you believe makes you a more important member of society if you have it?
