In the first episode of the 2nd season of Wreck Your Perfection, I have the honor of speaking with Natalie Joffe. Natalie is a certified intuitive eating nutrition counselor who’s helped hundreds of clients since starting her practice in 2011. I was actually taking a break from this podcast when Natalie reached out to me, and we decided this was the perfect time to record an episode together. With COVID-19 causing a major shift in our daily lives, a lot of us are coping by trying to put together the perfect daily routine, and workout plan, and generally I think just struggling to process all that’s going on. So in this episode Natalie shares a lot of great tools for being more gentle with yourself about your productivity, reconnecting with your body so that you can eat and move your body more intuitively, and being more in tune with our feelings so that we can find healthy ways of coping.
