234: How trees can help you understand yourself if you struggle with codependency

Hey Soothers! Today, I turn to some of my greatest teachers: Trees. The ways trees interact with each other has a lot to show us about how we are relationally with others, and where we might want to shift into patterns that better support us. I explain the behaviors of codependency, hyper-independence, and, ultimately, healthy interdependence, and share a metaphor about the ways tree behave that may help you better understand this behavior in yourself.

Working on healing codependency and hyper-independence is a huge aspect of Soothe, where we meet in small groups, become vulnerable with other people, and tend compassionately to ourselves as we learn to ask for help and rely on other people. If you heard yourself in this episode, Soothe will be so helpful to you.

If you book your discovery call by Nov. 30, you'll get a bonus worth $2500: Access to 4 of my online courses, and 9 months access to my Sunday Soother Membership, too!

Enrollment for Soothe ends mid-December and I cap the program at 15 women.
