The second part focuses on emotional freedom technique aimed to adjust to changes both physically and emotionally with a hold that pairs nicely with this concept. The third part helps you connect with baby while practicing a hold that allows your system to adapt to pregnancy changes and allow these changes to integrate with your whole system while relieving fear and fatigue at the same time.
